This one hour Aerial Strength (TRX) class is a full body strength & conditioning class using resistance straps that hang from the ceiling. Class will end with 15min of stretching with the yoga swing, a detoxing inversion, and a gratitude filled savasana cradled in the swing. Let’s practice gratitude together!
