Class Schedule »
Beginner 4-week series, Gentle, Yoga Flow, Flow & Restore, Yoga Strong

New to Aerial?

Taught in our nylon aerial swings, these classes are accessible for all bodies: age, gender, size and shape.

Beginner-Friendly Aerial Yoga Classes

Aerial | Beginner »
Get familiar with the swing and enjoy a fun, freeing experience while deepening your sense of trust and patience. Safely practice beginner inversions to decompress the spine and relieve tension, while increasing strength and flexibility.

Aerial | Restore (Deep Stretch) »
Have a relaxing or therapeutic first aerial experience. This slow paced, relaxing and restorative practice, holds deep releasing stretches for longer periods of time. Taking place in a “low swing” a few inches off the ground, it is great for beginners who are intimidated by aerial yoga.

New to Circus?

Circus Arts classes are fun, challenging, and a great workout. These classes are growing in popularity due the beauty and grace of the poses and flows achieved on each apparatus. Drop-in beginner classes are listed below, however, the best way to get the full experience and truly enjoy our circus arts apparatuses, is through one of our 4-week beginner series. These series run on a continuous loop every 4 weeks with a break in between. Click on the links below to find the next available start date.

We recommend having taken at least one aerial class prior to all circus arts classes.

Beginner-Friendly Circus Art Series & Classes

Lyra Level 1 Series »
Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm
The Lyra Hoop, or Aerial Hoop, is a circular, steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists perform aerial acrobatics. Beginners will focus on building hand grip, upper body strength, knee locks, and some beautiful poses within the hoop.

Cirque-d-Soleil Level 1 Series »
