Aerial Massage Therapeutics Workshop
Nov 10- Come work out your tension! This workshop includes Myofascial Release & Trigger Point Therapy combined with yogic breathing techniques. Using the aerial hammock for support, we will apply gentle sustained pressure into connective tissue via massage balls.
