🎪Get ahead of the hustle and bustle and sign up for Kids Circus Summer Camp— the week of Mon. August 12 for ages 7-11! 9am-3pm! Well if course dive deep into all the circus, mat yoga and aerial we have to offer, but also indulge in other wonderful modalities of fitness and wellness!

✨ Tuesday Teacher Feature: Meet Stephanie! 👋 A highly creative person—she’s a tarot card reader, artist, step by step paint instructor and GKS instructor!! Stephanie first found yoga as a pre-teen, but it was in her late 20s that it helped her begin to process years of trauma and break the cycles of dissociation. Later with aerial yoga, addressing issues of trust. After meeting GKS staff at a local yoga festival, she couldn’t wait to join the team!

Stephanie’s classes aim to provide a dynamic experience that encourages clients to explore breathwork, yogic philosophies, nervous system regulation and overall presence. She wants students to leave balanced and peaceful!! Practice with her every Friday at 930am for an all levels yoga flow, 1045am for gentle yoga and 12pm Lunch time hang (aerial yoga) You can also practice with her on Saturdays at 1130am for aerial beginner and 1245pm for aerial gentle! 😌
