We use Wellness Living for all scheduling and payments. To attend a class, an account with a signed online waiver must be created. Contact information is required in case of an emergency or to inform you of a class cancelation.
Aerial & Circus Classes: With limited spots available in our Aerial & Circus classes, you must pre-register to reserve your spot online. If you do not sign up online or are late arriving, we cannot guarantee your spot in class. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, but it is advised to always pre-register to secure your spot.
Mat Yoga: Walk-ins are always welcomed and there’s plenty of room! If it’s your first time to the studio and you have not pre-registered, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early so as not to disrupt fellow students in attendance.
Class registration closes 30 minutes before classes begin. This does not necessarily mean the class is full. Please call the studio (518) 512-9929 or drop in.

In order to be fair to other clients, class reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged for that class. “Early Cancelations” will return the class back into your account and can be used at a later time. “Late Cancelations” will deduct the class from your package and it will not be eligible for use again. Workshops and Specialized Series must be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time in order to receive studio account credit.
Please keep in mind when purchasing your package(s) that they expire based on the package policies. We do not offer monetary refunds. Studio account credit is granted on a case-by-case basis. A one-time allowance per person will be made for class package extensions if you purchase a new additional package or pay $25 for a 6-month extension.
If a class is full, you can add yourself onto its waiting list. If a spot opens up you will be notified via text and/or email up to 1 hour before the classes start time. If you no longer feel you can make it to class, please log into your account and remove your name so the next person can be contacted.
“Workshops” or “Specialized Series” are independent and require a separate registration. Fees and descriptions are listed under the specific Workshops and Specialized Series. Class credits can not be transferred to workshops or special events.
