KerriAnn Van Ausdle, LMT

KerriAnn is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness. She is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science. KerriAnn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Law from Sage College in Albany, which laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

Her journey into the world of wellness began with a personal curiosity that blossomed into a lifelong passion. She is dedicated to integrating massage therapy and holistic practices into everyday life and believes that preventative care is the cornerstone of a joyful, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.

Ready to spin, climb, and fly? Spanish Web is a dynamic aerial rope discipline that combines strength, coordination, and breathtaking speed. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to secure yourself on the rope, execute climbs and poses, and experience exhilarating spinning techniques — safely and with proper spotting.

Perfect for adventurous beginners and seasoned aerialists alike, Spanish Web challenges your grip, builds upper body and core strength, and adds an exciting new skill to your aerial repertoire.

Prerequisites: Must have taken a minimum of 3 Silks classes prior. Comfortable inverting in the air is recommended but not required.
