✨ Tuesday Teacher feature: meet Tina! 👋 With no background in dance or gymnastics but a strong curiosity for a movement practice, she started yoga as a good way to learn and channel just that and is largely self taught in her practices. She developed a deep love for inversions, floor work, pole dancing and the aerial hoop, realizing how much they all have in common.

In Tina’s classes you can expect a fusion of yoga/dance that helps students discover their own unique movement practice while developing strength, flow, mobility, musicality and coordination. She combined fundamental elements of floor work with already primal movements to help students move across the floor in a seamless way. Practice with her for Floorwork Flow every Thursday at 645pm or join her next upcoming Full Body Flexibility 4 week series on Saturday May 25 at 10AM!
