Sarah began to practice yoga in pursuit of greater ease in her body. Over time, she grew to experience the deeper benefits of yoga for the mind and soul. Her practice has allowed her to find power & strength through moving authentically and creating a safe space to explore. Gratitude for the gift of yoga moved her to complete a yoga teacher training and offer the goodness of this practice to others. Sarah is a watercolor artist and has a curious, creative spirit. She is inspired by any practice that moves people towards a mindset of empowerment, ease, and possibility. She encourages students to “take good care” as they approach their practice on the mat so that they can experience transformation throughout the rest of life.
