Outdoor Chakra Sound Healing to Benefit root3d w/ Crystal Bowls

Black lives matter. Period. Please join us at Cook Park on the sacred day of Friday, June 19th, or Juneteenth, in solidarity and unity as we hold space for the voices being silenced for too long. You don’t just automatically become an ally, you practice and work at holding space for the voices not heard. Tiana will be offering chakra sound healing with crystal bowls surrounded by silence in honor of this energetic offering focused on our heart, solar plexus and root chakras.

This outdoor offering will be a BLM donation-based class with all proceeds going to Root3d Healing, a black owned yoga studio in our community in which Tiana also teaches. There will only be 10 spaces as we are following social distancing rules, but you can continue to donate to the cause after spots are filled. Masks must be worn until you are settled on your mat, where they can be removed. We will meet at the amphitheater in Cook Park. Follow the winding road, park in the lot on the lefthand side directly after the playground. We will meet at the amphitheater directly across the street.

Good Karma Studio has always been prided and known for its open arms community, filled with all demographics, colors, ages, genders and personalities. Let’s foster this mentality and spread it to the Black Lives Matter movement, what currently needs it most right now. Raise your voices, have the backs of your neighbors in your community, big and small.
