We are now introducing the Lyra Hoop to your kids! Come explore the Lyra Hoop, or Aerial Hoop as it is sometimes called. This will be a complete basics & fundamentals class, no experience is required! We will focus on building hand grip and upper body strength, knee locks, & some beautiful beginner poses within the hoop. Let your kids live out their circus dreams!
