aug 16- You are cordially invited to our Summer Student Showcase .. this time, under the BIG TOP TENT in Prospect Park in Troy! Arrive at 630pm to enjoy food and craft vendors and activities, before heading inside the tent for a 730pm show time! We are continuously amazed by our students' creativity and grace when it comes to creating their own performance pieces on lyra, silks and silk hammock! We can't wait for them to wow you.

June 18 : Picture this dream setup... hanging upside-down from a beautiful wood pavilion overlooking Saratoga Lake with the birds chirping, the warmth of the sun and a cool breeze... aaahh... Classes run from June til September on Tuesdays. There are two class times available and both are suitable for beginners. 5:15- 6:15pm and 6:30- 7:30pm.

Aug 12- For 5 days, your kids will be immersed in circus arts, mat yoga and other modalities of fitness and wellness. Aerial Yoga, Aerial silks, Lyra Silk hammock, Mat Yoga- varying styles, Trampoline, Hula hoops. We will have 2 crafts throughout the week. Various Wellness techniques (Healthy cooking/snacks, meditation singing bowls, essential oils, etc) We will spend an hour a day at the park. End of session performance for family.
