Ceiling Mount/Doorframe Practice

(Aerial Hammock)

If you have a structurally sound ceiling beam to use eye screws from with at least 8 foot height ceilings. If you cannot hang from the ceiling, you can get a pull up bar for your door frame. Click one of the above buttons for the mount you would like to purchase.
