Working on flexibility both on the ground and in the air? This is the PERFECT workshop to help work towards your flexibility goals on the mat, in the hoop or on the silks! We’ll work on opening the hips, splits and lengthening the spine and hamstrings in preparation and in support of our mat and aerial practices.
