30 Minute Express Classes

Now that we’ve re-opened our doors, welcomed you back into the studio safely, and reacquainted you with your FAVORITE classes… we’re now offering a NEW week long opportunity to check out some of our mat and group fitness classes in a THIRTY MINUTE format!

During the week of October 19-23, we’ll be offering 30min express classes every day at 12PM! It’s the perfect way to sneak a quick workout in on that lunch break! Whether it’s a good time for you to pop in midday, or you’ve been dying to try a taste of different yoga and fitness classes, we can’t wait to practice with you all week while you sample them all!
