We’re thrilled to share that The Good Karma Studio was recently featured on WNYT’s “Tamara Tries” segment! NewsChannel 13’s Tamara Starr stepped out of her comfort zone and into the air as she explored our unique circus arts fitness classes right here in Albany. In the segment, Tamara traded traditional gym routines for an exhilarating experience with our aerial fitness offerings. She tried her hand at silk hammocks, lyra hoops, aerial silks, and bungee workouts—each designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while having fun.
