Kids “Try-It-All” Series Class Schedule

Enroll in our Kids “Try-It-All” Series—a playful introduction to aerial and circus arts where kids experience a different apparatus each week. It’s a fun, no-pressure way to explore what excites them most. Throughout the 5 weeks, kids will try aerial yoga, silk hammock, bungee, and lyra hoop.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend leggings or athletic pants that cover the knees, please, no shorts. A fitted t-shirt or tank top that can be tucked in is ideal for going upside down comfortably.

In the winter months, our studio (located in a warehouse space) can be chilly at first. We suggest your child layers up with a sweatshirt or zip-up they can easily remove once they warm up.

Our classes and 5-week series are beginner-friendly and designed to build skills step by step. We however DO REQUIRE that all kids start with a Kids Aerial Yoga Class or Kids Aerial Yoga 5-week series to ensure safety and comfort in the air. Sign up for a Sunday 10:15 AM class and let’s get them flipping and flying with ease!

Our Kids Aerial Yoga classes are ages 7-12. For our Kids Circus classes, ages 8+. At age 13, your kids can attend adult classes accompanied by an adult. We also offer a Parental & Me Aerial Yoga Workshop on Sundays 2xs a month for ages 4-7.

All of our kids’ classes and series are drop-off programs, unless otherwise noted—such as our Parent & Me classes. We’ve found that children stay more focused and engaged when they’re not distracted by family members watching nearby. However, we invite parents into the studio during the final week of each series for a special showing of what they’ve learned! If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, we’re happy to chat. Please give us a call at 518-512-9929.

That’s totally normal! Many of our students start out feeling unsure, but our supportive instructors and encouraging environment help ease nerves quickly. We move at a pace that’s safe and fun for everyone.

Just a water bottle and a great attitude! We provide all necessary equipment. Make sure they haven’t eaten anything to heavy 1-2hrs before class, or going upside-down.

We understand that life happens! While we can’t guarantee make-ups due to limited space, we’ll do our best to add them into the drop-in class on the sixth week IF there is a spot available. Please note, we will not know if a spot is available until that morning- please contact the studio prior and we will do our best to accommodate.

We understand that not every activity is the right fit for every child. However, because our class sizes are small and spots are limited, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once the series begins.

That said, we always strive to make the experience positive and fun! If your child is feeling unsure after the first class, please reach out—we’re happy to chat with you and work together to support their comfort and confidence in class. The second class is usually a totally more enjoyable experience as well!

Absolutely! We encourage all of our students to explore a variety of apparatuses. Many of our students participate in two different apparatus series a week. In fact, cross-training on different equipment—like silks, hammock, and lyra—not only keeps things exciting but also helps students build strength, coordination, and technique even faster.

Whether they want to stick with a favorite or try something new each series, we’re here to support their aerial journey every step of the way!
