This class is for EVERYONE looking to strengthen and tone the entire body! Together we will build upper body strength, endurance and flexibility with a variety of body weight or hand held weight movements!
If you happen to be an aerialist, these workouts will also help keep us working towards our aerial goals of inversions, pikes and splits but will not include aerial equipment.

The studio may not be open when classes are not in session. If stopping in, its best to come 15min before or after regularly scheduled classes on our schedule.
