Yoga has been a part of Katelyn’s life for over 14 years, and her practice has helped her relieve stress, grow stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Katelyn to live each moment more mindfully.

Katelyn completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Jai Yoga School and her Aerial Certification with Good Karma Studio.

After the birth of her son, Katelyn really wanted to find a new form of self-care and Aerial Yoga became just that! It has helped her with pain relief in addition to all the physical, mental and emotional benefits. Katelyn loves to share all of these benefits with her students in a welcoming and judgement-free space. Her hope is that you walk out of class feeling refreshed, balanced and confident!
