Until we move into our new & much LARGER location with 3 studio spaces (June YAY ;), we'll be offering all Level 1 Semi-Private Bungee classes with only 8 students per class. Get comfortable with the bungee basics and stay tuned for Bungee Beats, Bungee Dance Flow, Bungee Rehab (for injury), & Bungee Fit!

WHAT TO EXPECT: The harness is padded for comfort, but after an hour of activity you will be feeling pressure/pinching where the harness touches your body since your bodyweight is being pushed and pulled against the harness. Fun fitness isn't ALWAYS comfortable at first ;)
Our bungee equipment can only support a person that is a maximum of 215lbs. For your safety, if you weigh more than 215 lbs please DO NOT sign up for this class as of now. Classes will NOT be refunded if you can not participate.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older until kids classes are introduced. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
WHAT TO WEAR: Until you get used to the harness, we recommend wearing leggings with a possible extra layer of shorts if highly sensitive. Bring a water bottle and be prepared to get sweaty! SAFETY FIRST: We recommend you always consult with a physician if you have any medical conditions: if you've had surgery of any kind in the past six months or suffer from chronic pain/medical condition involving the shoulders, wrists, hands or low back. This Not safe for some who are pregnant.
CLASS REGISTRATION: Doors will be locked promptly at the class start time, plan to arrive at least 10 min early. Harness & Bungee equipment will need to be fitted to each individual student so there's no time to waste :)
No refunds or exchanges for late arrivals or cancellations (within less than 48 hours). Within 48 hours of notice, your account will be credited, there are no refund for classes. *Please note: We're not being "strict" because we want to be! We are simply being "fair" to your fellow students and hard working teachers.
